REMEMBER THIS
FACT WHILE OUT DRIVING
in accordance with the new "road rage laws" it is perfectly legal to CAUSE "road rage"
It is only illegal to HAVE road rage
be careful of road rage instigators driving like agressive bullies and armed with cameras
the perps will call the cops who will side with the instigator and the DA will get a merit badge on its resume for prosecuting another hate crime, especially if the instigator is "of color"

Also, most near misses I witnessed involved higher end late model cars. As if those drivers are trying to stage accidents that would total their cars getting them off the hook on the payments and maybe fake an injury to collect the big bucks. A couple of scammers got busted in Queens pulling this. They'd drive on the Belt Pkwy by JFK, which is usually very congested, get in front of an unsuspecting driver and do brake checks. Only problem for these type of scammers, most people have dash cams. Can't get away with this stunt that easy anymore.

I don’t think that’s really new. Sure being a crappy driver is bad, but using your car as a weapon is, well, assault. And that’s illegal.
