Then she's had them long enough that we should have heard something about it. Hence, Bondi is either blind-siding Kash or is exculpating him by which to focus the problem where it belongs.
Either way, heads should roll, but I'm expecting the originals are long gone down the memory hole.

Whoever’s names are on that list have known since the campaign that Trump was going to release the list. This obstruction has been meticulously planned for months. Trump’s people are in re-active mode on this particular issue. Better to play offense.
No surprise here; it would be a surprise if Clinton was not implicated. Clinton rolled fast and rolled high and used his political power to write history while protecting himself,,,,same as all the dems and his psycho wife went along with him for the money and notoriety.

About a half hour ago I read that the SDNY has many more Epstein files that they refuse to give to Bondi.

I’m of the opinion they collectively overpromised on the Epstein files.
Powerful enough to have the security cameras and system turned off. Powerful enough that bed checks were omitted. If they can do it to Whitey Bulger, they can do it to Epstein.
How could she possibly think that all the files amounted to only 200 pages? Probably closer to 200,000 pages.
What was she thinking?
Those gullible people on yesterday’s thread that thought the files would actually be released today.
Those who are not releasing documents should not be fired. They should be SWAT raided so brutally that to one considers doing this again. No second chances.
Read her letter. She did have about 100 pages of documents on her desk, containing lists of victimes, logs, etc., but apparently there are thousands more that are being witheld by NY-branch of FBI.
Not a good start for her.

I would agree with this. You don’t go making proclamations about stuff and then not deliver.
Even if you know you have everything, you still can make generalities about it. “We’re working on it and we have some things we need to finish...this is a big deal and we want to make sure we’ve got it right...”.
Please read the letter at the link. Summary, Pam requestef all files after she was sworm in. Given 200 pages of documents. Repeatedly asks if that is everything. Told it was. Whistleblower, yesterday, informs her that there are thousands of additional pages held in New York office. Contacts Kash by phone yesterday with this information. He didn’t know about them either. Now demand all files by 8am tomorrow. Also written report on who in the FBI lied about this to her, deliverable within 14 days and must include punishment recommendations for personnel
I would be completely surprised if these files still exist.

I hate to say it but it’s looking a bit like amateur hour. Granted, Patel wasn’t there when she asked for the files but clearly whoever was in charge of the FBI at the time was stonewalling her. Being a former AG one would think she knows how to ask the right questions (i.e., give me an inventory of EVERYTHING related to Epstein that you have or know the whereabouts of). She needed to make it clear that she is demanding 100% of everything the agency has in its possession.
This is not a good look for her at all. A clumsy beginning.
