"This outside entity sending this email has no legal authority over me," she said. "And even in the Office of Personnel Management's own description of this email program, this mass federal email program, all replies are voluntary. So I think this is all a big threat to coerce federal employees, and what we need to be doing right now is speaking up against this and standing against this so that we can get back to our work of serving the American public, so I can get back to actually doing my job."
She argued that, on one hand, she is "totally happy to talk about the work that I do," but nonetheless, "I will not do that in a way that violates the integrity or the privacy of my work."

At the end my shift at the hospital I work in I have to turnin a detailed report of rooms I cleaned, sanitied, anx biohazard disposed.etc and I,m just a mop jockey. Whats some government worker so special?
I've been retired for several years, but would have absolutely no problem putting up 5-10 bullet points of one week's work. All public knowledge and no confidentiality breach.
Of course, I was actually working (even though for the state government).
Fire her
DOGE is not an “outside entity.” It has been given its authority by the President of the United States. What you do as a federal employee is NOT YOUR PRIVATE BUSINESS.
She is publicly insubordinate and can and SHOULD be fired.
Fire this kook immediately.
Buh bye!!!
Her claim, essentially, is the unelected Bureaucrats do not answer to anyone by themselves.
They do not answer to President Trump.
This was/is the whole idea of the Progressives. Create an Administrative state which could ignore the Constitution and the limits on government power which are included in it.
It would explain a lot if one of the five was a Lewinsky.
Sounds like treason to me
We had a “what did you do this week” meeting every Friday 9:0 am. It would not go well if you didn’t have anything substantial. Every Friday every week.
In private industry and companies, procedure manuals are constantly updated and so are job descriptions. It is pretty rich that a government worker decides she is too good to do what EVERYBODY else does every few months
Managers add tasks, reassign tasks and have production quotas. They change duties at meetings and evaluations.
Pity we have overpaid public servants who think they are exempt.

Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot?
She has every right to be mad. She should just quit! That will show them.
Not a problem. If you don’t want to provide the information, quit. Two remaining options: 1) provide the information and we’ll let you know if you can continue to work here, or 2) don’t provide the information, in which case you’re fired. Always good to have options...
?
Don’t respond. That is what Trump is hoping for.

“Infuriated”. I would have never hired the biatch.
:)
I thought the Office of Personnel Management sent that email out?
Also, I thought the auto-resignation for non-compliance issue was suggested by Elon Musk on SOCIAL media - not by a DOGE email?
