Yeah, the Gaslight Media is out celebrating this tonight.
It’s still unclear what exactly went down.
They put a pause UNTIL THEY HEAR THE CASE.
Not an usual action.
I hear the Constitutional Crisis engines warming up.
That may sound extreme but not to me.
So the Supremes are just asking for time to find their shoes and car keys.
Thanks!
It appears all the death threats from the DemonRAT chimps have scared the bejeezus out of the Supreme Court now.
Supreme Court sidesteps Trump’s effort to remove watchdog agency head
“In a brief order, the court on the one hand noted the Trump administration’s concession that the Supreme Court “typically does not have appellate jurisdiction over” temporary restraining orders. On the other hand, it observed, Dellinger emphasized that the temporary restraining order “is set to expire on February 26,” when Jackson has scheduled a hearing on his motion for a preliminary injunction. Taking both of those factors into consideration, the court placed the government’s request on hold until Feb. 26.
In a three-page opinion, Gorsuch (joined by Alito) suggested that the court’s decision not to act on the government’s request at this time reflected “a concern that the TRO may not yet have ripened into an appealable order.” In Gorsuch’s view, however, it had. Gorsuch questioned whether Jackson had the power to order Dellinger’s reinstatement, because courts would not have had the power to do so in early U.S. history.”
This is EXACTLY what happened in early U.S. history.
In 1801, President John Adams tried to place Federalist members into Thomas Jefferson's Democrat-Republican administration two days before Jefferson's inauguration as President. Adams nominated Willam Marbury to be Justice of the Peace (along with five other people) and got the Senate to rush confirmation. Adams signed the commission and Secretary of State John Marshall affixed the Seal of the United States onto it. The commission was signed and sealed, just not delivered to Marbury.
Incoming Secretary of State James Madison refused to deliver the commission to Marbury and declared the office vacant so that President Jefferson could nominate a Democrat-Republican to the position instead.
Marbury sued Madison, claiming that the office was rightfully his.
Now we have Joe Biden appointing Dellinger to a five-year position in the Trump administration in Biden's last year, and President Trump wants his own person in that position.
In 1803, now Chief Justice Marshall ruled that Madison committed a crime when withholding Marbury's commission, but that Marbury couldn't bring his suit to the Supreme Court because Congress unconstitutionally gave the Supreme Court original jurisdiction for issuing writs of mandamus, which is an appellate function.
Now we have SCOTUS reviewing the law that Congresses passed tying the hands of the President to prevent firing certain officers.
In 1803, Marshall said that SCOTUS didn't have the authority to intrude on Executive branch discretionary powers. In 2025, the District Courts say that they do.
In 1803, Marshall said that Congress didn't have the authority to expand SCOTUS's original jurisdiction. In 2025, will they say that Congress DOES have the authority to restrict the Executive's jurisdiction?

Excellent post. Thank you.
Job performance problem.
His new boss just said he didn’t do his job. He didn’t protect and foster any of the Biden whistleblowers. He allowed them to be attacked by the Biden administration. To many examples the last 4 years to cite.
Absolutely should be fired after the damage done to the Whistleblowers in the DOJ, FBI, IRS who complained about the Biden’s.
Send him to the coldest part of Alaska on special assignment
Well said.
Its a week so I’ll withhold comment til then.
ALL Biden holdovers must be fired, so they cannot wreak behind-the-scenes havoc to be blamed on Trump!
Fifth Circuit just entered stay pending appeal giving effect to Trump’s removal of Dellinger!!
