NBCUniversal quietly settled a $30 million defamation lawsuit filed by a Georgia doctor after MSNBC’s biggest stars—including Rachel Maddow, Nicolle Wallace, and Chris Hayes—falsely accused him of performing "mass hysterectomies" on women detained at an immigration facility during the first Trump administration and dubbed him the "uterus collector."

No wonder she makes $40 million per.
Guess it doesn’t matter how irresponsible reporters are - the networks just keep them on the job and pay out the big bucks? Certainly nothing out of the employees own pocket or reduced salaries to make them think twice before opening their big mouths...Publicity is good, I guess! Reduced viewership might be something else entirely. It would be difficult to find anyone who watches MSNBC anyway!
Madcow screwed that one up but she will not have to pay it herself ... MSDNC will foot the bill. Wonder how many more times will MSDNC have to drop their drawers for Madcow.
How can this creepy woman still have a job?
Lawsuits are piling up against the MSM, I just heard today that to date 30 Lawsuits for Libel, Slander, and Defamation have been filed against The View and several members of the show.
That’s a question for the people that pay her.
They should have sued not only MBNBC but the people personally also. Bankrupt them and make examples out of them.
Doesn’t work. They are indemnified by their contract.
MSNBC would pay the award and legal fees. It would get her fired but not bankrupted
What would be entertaining is for the Supreme Court to overturn the Sullivan Act; it is way past time for the liars to be put out of business
