Agreed. First I don’t like the headline. The retreat of an enemy is good news, and labeling it “warning” doesn’t make sense. Second, these NGOs are staffed by people who need to feed their families. When they’re laid off, they’re going to go look for other work, and there’s going to be a shortage of jobs in the grifter activist industry. The danger will never be gone, but, God forbid, if a Democrat is elected in four years, getting NGOs up and running again can be done, but only with considerable time and effort. We need to put as many as possible out of business as quickly as possible, and cutting off the money is a kill switch
He really is. It took a long time to create the network of people and financial conduits for all this fraud. In a month Trump has the running. In four years we can dismantle the whole thing and, God willing, coalesce the change in law and budget passed by Congress.

This has been going on since the beginning of humanity. Modern technology just increased the scale of it.

How many wives and children of members of Congress, Congressional staffers, or senior decision making bureaucrats are employed by these NGO’s? This is the insider connection that ensures the money from the taxpayer flow to the NGO’s. It needs to be exposed.
A member of the House makes $174,000 per year plus lucrative pension and other benefits. If the spouse makes $300,000 in an administrative role at an NGO, the couple can live a very nice lifestyle. Plus money will be funneled to the Congressman’s campaign fund through consultants and suppliers to the NGO. Hopefully Trump and Elon will expose the full extent of the money laundering.
This also explains why the corruption of the bureaucracy has been tolerated for years. The bureaucrats distribute the funds and make sure the NGO’s important to Congressmen and Senators are receiving funds to cover the overhead. Likewise, any Congressman or Senator who crosses the bureaucracy is cut off from the gravy train.
If you have a Republican Congressman or Senator, investigate where the spouse and children are employed.
