Absolutely... Period. And what is extremely disappointing is that the GOP has been aiding and abetting it all along. Wrong is wrong and they do not get a pass just because they “claim” to be on our side. They are just as crooked and just as guilty. This is our very bipartisan “Uniparty” at work against us the people here.
Who was it that said something like, “If they find out what we were doing, we’re all going to hang.”
And underneath all of that lies nihilism and sadism.

The split among progressives happened before the turn of the 20th Century. The progressives of the left embraced communism, while those on the right embraced fascism.
In the US, the progressive internationalist left had Woodrow Wilson, the progressive nationalist right had Teddy Roosevelt.
In both the US and Europe, the majority didn’t support either the progressive left or the progressive right. They were the true moderates.
The far left had a small extremist part, the socialists, and when TR was denied re-nomination, he created a small extremist part, the Bull Moose party.
The Rats are dying a slow death with what’s being exposed.
Why are they communists? Because it is far easier to cry with your hand out and demand things from producers.

What you share is a very very important concept. In fact one of the most important. We do not have “Individual” Liberty anymore. It is gone. What we have now from all directions and sources are Liberties that “political correctness” and “popular opinion” of the masses will allow us to have.
It is even hard to find a current Constitutionalist who actually understands the concept that the Constitution is designed to protect the rights of the individual from the masses. There is always that pesky bias undertone of “Except for in the case of” and then the expectation that the individual MUST conform to the opinion of the majority and the masses.
I ran into a prime example of this about fifteen years ago. I was looking to change political parties so I went and researched the “Constitution party”. Pretty cut and dried as what their plank is right? No... Right along with their words of “We strictly believe in the Constitutional rights of the individual” were these words... We believe in the 1st amendment right to freedom of religion “as long as it is a known form of Christianity”.
They have since changed it because of criticism of it being extremely hypocritical considering their message and plank based on strict Constitutionalism and rights of the individual. But it is a prime example of the political correct “wrapper” we are now faced with when it comes to individual rights. The concept is now dead and most times you will be persecuted against because it is considered nonconformity.
It even happens here. You will be shamed, excommunicated, or burned at the stake if you do not conform to group think and popular opinion of the masses. Exercising true individualism and personal opinion is absolutely taboo and heretical. We are expected to either “go with the flow” or get out. Many claim to believe in the Constitution but when it comes right down to it what believe is their own twisted form of the constitution they try to force on individuals.
Since the late 19th and early 20th century, a coalition of cultural elites including crony-capitalists, marxists, educrats, closet fascists and technocrats have been content to wield that power against the populace at large and their political enemies in particular with a blatant uncaring disregard for who may have been burned.
In doing so, they have become careless and now find their own house in flames.

Indeed, it happens here. Seen it first hand. As to 'go with the flow or get out,' we often quietly "walk." It is fascinating how many who demand that never expect that "get out" is a fine alternative.
“Their democracy” is a dire threat to our Constitutional Republic.
Calling them “communist” is waaayyyyy too kind.
