Sounds like another highly reliable report from Alex Jones, who also reported that nobody was killed in the Newtown Connecticut school shootings.

Russian weapons regularly strike targets that most people think are not what a reasonable person would aim for. And they regularly launch missiles and guided bombs that land at schools, hospitals, power plants, and residential buildings.

Just a few days ago they bombed a building in Kursk that was full of elderly and disabled Russians.

Not surprising at all that one of their drones hit the Chernobyl facility.
