In November 2024 President Donald Trump won reelection in a landslide winning the popular vote, the electoral vote, and every single swing state!
President Trump also held the US House of Representatives and took back the US Senate with a 53-47 majority.
Little did we know at the time that Trump lost and it was really the far-left district attorneys who were elected to lead the United States for the next four years.
On Thursday, 14 radical leftist Attorneys General filed a lawsuit against President Trump and his DOGE audit team. These radical leftists claim that Elon Musk, one of the most impressive, creative, and brilliant minds of the last century, is operating with unchecked power because his DOGE team is working diligently to find and expose fraud and waste in the US government.
Democrats are totally against tracking down the fraud in the US government. They have been protesting every day and making threats against Elon Musk and President Trump for having the gall to expose wasteful government spending that already has tallied into the billions.
The lawsuit landed in the hands of lawless Judge Tanya Chutkan, the Trump-hating Obama judge who has ruled consistently against President Trump in any case that made it to her desk.
Judge Tanya Chutkan’s record reveals a blatant bias against conservatives and an unrelenting dedication to advancing the radical Marxist agenda.

Lawfare will continue and most will end up going up the ladder to Appeals or Scotus. It’s naive to think the crazy dems will not use the only tool they have left - lawfare - to slow Trump’s agenda. He will win most of these lawsuits in the end but it will take time. In the meantime, the democrats will badly hurt themselves in the court of public opinion.
Chutkan was a rubberstamp for Jack Smith and Biden’s DOJ. Let’s see if she is still pro government under the Trump Administration.
It wouldn’t bother me a bit if the DOJ “accidentally” found something to charge Chitkan with a felony.

It doesn’t matter. Trump didn’t hire Elon he appointed him. Doge is not a cabinet post. It is a special advisor. Like John Kerry “climate czar”. It does not require Senate vote. The court can do nothing to enforce a ruling. Besides, doge already existed in the White House, Trump just gave it a new name.

seems we only have about 6 working judges in the US Courts. Same o new keep getting all the cases against Trump.
