Biggest Threat to Europe’s Security Comes from Within, not from Russia — US Vice President

According to JD Vance, the Trump administration is very concerned about the state of European security

MUNICH, February 14. /TASS/. The United States believes that the biggest threat to Europe’s security is coming neither from Russia nor from China, but is inside Europe, US Vice President JD Vance said at the Munich Security Conference.

"The Trump administration is very concerned about the state of European security, and we hope that we can reach a rational agreement between Russia and Ukraine," he said, adding that Europe should dramatically increase its defense spending in the coming years.

"The threat that worries me the most about Europe is not Russia or China, but rather the threat from within, Europe's departure from its core values, values that the United States shares," he noted. In his words, some statements by European politicians are "shocking to the American ear."

"Threat from within"= decline of Christian belief, it's replacement by godless secular humanism (i.e. Globohomo), demographic suicide and the consequent threat posed by Islam.

Did you notice that only one or two folks clapped at most of his speech? The Truth hurts. No one can accuse Vance of being a suck up. He said exactly what HE wanted to say. He slapped down the Brits hardest of all, and called them out for their hypocrisy.

The Truth hurts.

Exactly. The US has spent billions every year since the end of WWII to defend Western Europe, in the name of defending "Democracy". It increasingly seems that we are, in fact, defending a collection of East Germanys with updated technology to be used in their censorship efforts.

Lot of irony here.

A reformed Never Trumper Neocon speaking truth to power and it is being reported by TASS of all sources.

Hard to get my mind around.

My how the world turns when a freedom loving people’s voice is reflected in a mostly fair and free election.

the UK has an unrepentant trotskyist heading their left-wing party, their woke society and deep-state government

Yes, the threat is within.

Pretty much the same reaction Musk would get at the Davos conference (which JD took a swing at too, by god) if he went in and told them they were a pack of arrogant a$$$holes that should expect eventually to swing from lamposts from trying to to buy a society that they feel comfortable in.

"The threat that worries me the most about Europe is not Russia or China, but rather the threat from within, Europe's departure from its core values, values that the United States shares,"

Which fits with the observation that Europe is governed by a bunch of fascist, globalist, anti-Christian bureaucrats. Just as the greatest threat to America came from the swamp on the banks of the Potomac and not abroad.

It is interesting to observe the demise of the EU, and by their own hand. Their War, war, war on Russia was the last straw…..and running from God always never ends well.

The Trump team will save the EU.

The Trump team will destroy BRICS.

That's true. The biggest threat to America is the same, but on November 7, 2024, the American People seized power and elected a hero to the Presidency. Let's hope that Europe will likewise save itself.

President wilson was right maintaining isolationism as long as possible. WWI was a European problem. We should have stayed out altogether.

Britain should have stayed out too, because once they got in, it was inevitable that we would too.

I blame WWI on France and their stupid alliance with Russia.

The European nations’ Ruling Elites have sold their countries out Uk the Islamonazi invasion forces

Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Ireland, Norway, …. List causes. They’re mostly not even talking or trying to repatriate, turn back the invasion and return the islamicists home.

The rich Ruling Elites figure they can always find a safe tropical island somewhere, far removed from the dangerous sh&tcan they created of their countries. The many millions of good, innocent people there? They mostly can’t escape their fates as conquered slaves in what were once their own countries.

Britain had a treaty with Belgium guarantying their security. Read or watch the Guns of August.

And the Germans went through Belgium to get to France, to protect their flank while they went after the Russians. Without the French-Russian alliance, then there would have been no need to go through Belgium, and thus, get the Brits involved.

But the French didn’t like having a “new kid on the block”.

I also think that if Britain and Kaiser-era Germany could have been allies, the world would have been much better off, never understood why suddenly Britain cast their lot with the French.

Instead of gaslighting Canada about making it a 51st state, Vance and Trump should comment on the kangaroo courts in Canada that award amounts for hurt feelings.
