“As far as the executive orders that created the DOGE program and eliminated USAID—that was perfectly legal in itself—USAID was created by John F. Kennedy in 1961, by an executive order. There was a statutory direction for the president to disperse foreign aides into a comprehensive body, but it didn't say USAID—he could do whatever he wanted.

The Constitutional issue is whether a President can, by executive order alone, create his own auditing agency whose employees are independent of department heads who are confirmed by the Senate. But even if he cannot, the department head can grant the auditors access under his own authority. I can’t think of any Trump appointee who would refuse to do that.

I hate it but Rumble is a very, very poor competitor. Maybe YouTube will finally get the hint and adapt to the new reality.
I use YouTube because of ll thereat videos they do allow, there are plenty of sources for the stuff they don't allow.
I watch skilled craftsman produce things that I never could. I find things I will never see any other way to be of great interest as opposed to the cr@p that Hollywood foists off on us. As with every decision in life we must discern truth and we control very little of the information presented, it must be tested and evaluated with the reality we observe.
