Georgia's ruling party accuse USAID of preparing activists for revolution (from 2023)

Georgia’s State Security Service and leading members of the ruling Georgian Dream party have accused America’s state aid agency of ‘inspiring riots’ in the country and training groups that planned riots and intended to provoke violence.

The accusations were first aired on Monday at a briefing by a representative of Georgia’s State Security Service (SSG), Khvicha Begiashvili, before being repeated by Georgia’s prime minister, ruling party chair, and parliamentary speaker.

Begiashvili said that members of a Serbian activist group brought to Georgia at the invitation of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) had connections to the Rose Revolution in Georgia in 2003, as well as ‘similar processes’ in Serbia, Ukraine, and other states.

Gee, those color revolutions sure did follow that Nuland lady around.

Hmph. Must be a coincidence.

USAID is the end result, with final tweaks by Biden, of Obama’s pledge to “fundamentally transform the USA”.

--- "...those color revolutions sure did follow that Nuland lady around"

An investigation into the travels of both Nuland and Power ( who headed the USAID for year ) would be instructive. Before the Obama era, one heard of CIA involvement in some regime change, as we term it today, but not of term "regime change" as Obama and beyond thrust it into the media jargon. Red lines and all. Syria regime change was among his dreams, as well recall. And the EU Commission dreams of and works towards regime change in Hungary and Romania.

“And the EU Commission dreams of and works towards regime change in Hungary and Romania.”

True in Hungary, but more like PREVENTING regime change in Romania, as that COMPLETELY foils their plan to take down Russia. But then you know that.

--- "Nuland needs to be indicted on war crimes."

Sad to say, that won't happen. Among other things, this nation would have to conduct actual war crimes trials with accused in custody.

It is more likely that some less-than-above-board financial dealing might be found, or some tax issue identified which would cause her and others to squirm.

So much chaos around this world has been dressed up as "democracy promotion" behind which lots of money changed hands -- and into the pockets of the few and well-connected.
