He should be personally liable for all fraudulent payments.

United States Marshals can arrest government employees if they are suspected of committing a federal crime.

TREASURY OFFICIAL ALLOWED BiLLIONS IN FRAUDULENT
PAYMENTS — TRUMP ADMINISTRATION REMOVES HIM

David Lebryk, a career Treasury Department official, was pushed out by the Trump administration. Lebryk oversaw over $1 billion in federal payments but allowed fraudulent transactions to proceed hundreds, if not thousands, of times—a blatant violation of the law.

This is exactly the problem with the federal government: unelected bureaucrats making policy decisions against the will of the elected president.

Lebryk didn’t just obstruct Trump’s executive order—he actively enabled financial misconduct.

The Trump administration has made it clear: there will be no tolerance for insubordination, corruption, or rogue officials who undermine the law. Agencies need to be slashed and held accountable—80% of this bureaucracy has no oversight, no transparency, and no legitimacy.

Lebryck broke the law by allowing known fraudulent transactions
to proceed hundreds, if not thousands, of times. Why did he do that?

Make the judges aware of it in an official filing. If they continue to allow it, prosecute the judges.

Perhaps president Trump should escort Elon to the Treasury computer system and very publicly do the needful then say Elon is acting according to my directives and i have given him the authority needed to proceed to exposed and eliminate the deep state, Marxist, Democrat media industrial complex. Then list all the corruption and name names

During the Hussein/Biden Regime spending spree, I stated to everyone that The Cabal is printing, spending, and stealing as much $$$ as possible because the knew it would eventually end. This story points out what is, hopefully, the last gasp of the grifters, fraudsters, and just plain thieves.

I think many potentially foreign entities have received US taxpayer funds and that we might well want such funds back and be able—at minimum—to bring such folk in for rigorous questioning.

I didn’t imply Lebryk had left the country. I only noted that the US might—where extradition treaties don’t exist or are ineffectual—to be able to question some of the (foreign-residing) entities that have received US taxpayer monies, we might need to “put our very best, forceful foot forward” to resolve such situations expeditiously.
