Key Allegations in the Lawsuit:

Failure to Maintain Voter Rolls – The lawsuit claims that vote-by-mail ballots were sent to addresses previously marked as undeliverable, violating California Elections Code § 2226.

Obstruction of Public Observation – Observers were allegedly denied meaningful access to critical election processes, including signature verification and ballot duplication, in violation of California Elections Code § 15104.

Voting System Errors and Suspected Security Breaches – The lawsuit cites a high ballot rejection rate due to ink overspray issues and unauthorized time changes in audit logs, raising concerns about election integrity.

Unexplained Ballot Discrepancies – Petitioners allege that the final certified vote count included 2,783 more ballots than the number of recorded participating voters.

Failure to Release Public Election Records – The Registrar of Voters allegedly refused to release audit logs, cast vote records, and other critical election data in violation of the California Public Records Act.

I agree. Pam Bondi should be backing this one. Also, the voter rolls across the country need to be updated. There should be thousands of these lawsuits forcing to cleaning up of the voter rolls.
