DOGE Walks Among Us (winning bigly)
American Thinker ^ | Douglas Schwartz

Posted on 02/05/2025 4:09:52 AM PST by RoosterRedux

It has become increasingly obvious that DOGE is Gorbachev’s glasnost (openness) reprised. Glasnost soon led to perestroika (reform) and the Soviet Union croaked. DOGE will play a key role in dismantling the Deep State. We’ve lost count of how many decades former congressman Ron Paul has called for auditing the bankers’ plaything, the Federal Reserve System and its 400+ PhD economists. Or more recently, when senators Sanders and Grassley teamed to demand a Pentagon audit. Not only will DOGE audit the Fed and get to the bottom of the Pentagon’s missing trillions, but the entire federal leviathan is undergoing a full MRI scan. We know the diagnosis: Stage 4 metastatic cancer throughout the system. Drs. Musk and Trump have already indicated some of the initial body parts needing surgical intervention, starting with USAID, the CIA’s cover vehicle for adventures such as Victoria Nuland’s regime change fiascos or propaganda initiatives, at home and abroad.

Once DOGE’s results are made public, and crowdsourcing digests the mass of data posted online, the verdict will come into focus. Entire agencies will no longer exist and those surviving will be substantially curtailed. Individuals will be exposed and some may face prosecution.

...

Secrecy and concealment permit bureaucratic misbehavior. According to Musk, "Career Treasury officials are breaking the law every hour of every day by approving payments that are fraudulent or do not match the funding laws passed by Congress." His solution: blockchain, presumably to match payments with statutory and programmatic requirements. Treasury secretary Scott Bessent provided DOGE auditors access to the federal payment system. Stay tuned.

Trump will need congressional help for DOGE to audit the Fed. That's one problem with having a fourth branch of government.

For those who are confused as to why the Democrats are so pissed, you have to go back 50 years or so, when the Democrats, in full commie mode, LED THE CHARGE to end secret government operations, such as what the CIA did in Chile, because they were EFFECTIVE in helping to prevent the Soviet Union from winning the Cold War.

But in the last 30 years, the Democrats have found themselves hampered by the same laws, as the Soviets are gone and thus today’s Democrats are forced to push their brand of Communism on their own (particularly enslaving, jailing, and/or killing the people they consider enemies - conservatives in the US and throughout the world, but also shutting down Western economies, and destroying the White race).

Obviously people don’t want their Communism, so they have to do it secretly, as in USAID. But, also obviously, Trump and Musk are on to it, so now their entire apparatus for pushing their Communism is being dismantled at lightning speed, and they have no clue what to do, other than to keep trying to find judges to stop it.

True, Both Ron and Rand tried it through legislation but could not get any support to back them. And it is now becoming obvious why...

“and they have no clue what to do, other than to keep trying to find judges to stop it.”

And I am hoping they have trouble finding one. Now that the cat is out of the bag a judge would have to stick their own neck out to cover up criminal activity therefore making themselves criminals also. A judge cannot put the toothpaste back in the tube at this point. Gag orders after the fact are useless... They would have to find an extremely stupid judge...

He’s actually the “kook”, everywhere. ;-) I think that here, he gets better treatment than most places.

Often, it is not enough to simply be “right”. You have to be seen as credible and sound. Sadly, you cannot be seen to be “wrong” on anything. This is probably not correct, but it is human nature.

Taking a wait and see approach. How many of their findings will be implemented? My fear is that everything will be ignored and this department will live on doing nothing. I sure hope they prove me wrong.

Just having a bunch of people near retirement retire is not going to cut it. The whole budget process of every organization needs to change. The congress needs to go back to singular bills and do away with omnibus packages.

He’s 89. If it runs in the family, your man will be around for a long time :)

He’s a good man. Always liked Rand.

I’m 56 so I should know more about pop but I really don’t.

I’ll have to give him a good read one day online.

I have supported Ron since I first saw him on the floor when Cspan came out in 1979. From the very beginning he was hollering about government corruption and violations of the Constitution. He has been rock solid and never changed his message since. He was so far ahead of the game he was considered a conspiracy theorist. No... He had inside knowledge of the whole scam and knew exactly what he was talking about but no one would listen.

I’m going to be 57. I didn’t know Cspan was around that long...wow.

And yes, I vaguely remember how Ron had “out there” ideas etc.

I am glad he is still around to see he was proven right all along.

Honestly? Until maybe my 30s, I would not have believe so many US entities were so crooked.

So many 10s of trillions of dollars wasted or worse..used against us!

Just wow.

“I think that here, he gets better treatment than most places.”

Now maybe... Thanks to members like RandFan. But he sure did not in the past. This place did everything they could to make sure Romney won the primaries instead of Ron because Ron was not considered a hardline “real Republican”. Or Ron could have been President to do this very thing that is happening now...

didn’t NEED CONgresscritters to loosen the swamp cap. thanks to musk and his “Goons”(HAHAHA) doing the hard squeeze the cap is now opened far enough for the American taxpayers to smell the stench and there WILL be a unified call for lots of ‘spainin! putting the smell back in the government sewer to hide it will be harder than putting toothpaste back in the tube. not going to happen. the BEST thing now for our illustrious CONgresscritters will be to get fully behind this, do their best PR BS’ing to distance themselves from the coming fallout then do an apology tour with THEIR constituents claiming that they personally “heard nothing, saw nothing”...but now they will “look into it”. their individual political futures depend on it. this is going to get REALLY good. hope there’s enough popcorn for the show.

I agree with you and frankly credit Ron’s son.

I am not sure that Ron would have done what is happening now. There is some kind of a miracle taking place, I believe, allowing the alignment of individuals and skills much like the founding of this nation.
