As tensions continue to grow over recent ICE raids across the country, police at Temple University are investigating a "disappointing" disruption on campus this weekend.
Campus police say two people impersonating U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers were reported at a business on the 1300 block of Cecil B. Moore Avenue on Saturday night.
They were wearing shirts with "Police" and "ICE" in white lettering.
A third person was seen with the impersonators, recording their actions.

Arrest them and prosecute their butts for impersonating LE.
I don’t know if just wearing a shirt with that is impersonation with no other actions. If you say you are police or ICE or attempt to perform an action that would be limited to law enforcement, that will get you arrested.
PA Law:
§ 4912. Impersonating a public servant.
A person commits a misdemeanor of the second degree if he falsely pretends to hold a position in the public service with intent to induce another to submit to such pretended official authority or otherwise to act in reliance upon that pretense to his prejudice.

Decades ago I found a cap on the street that said something like “Drug Enforcement” and with that one of my sons dressed as a cop for Halloween. He was very young, so it was obviously not an attempt to impersonate. Anyway, a lady saw the cap and said “They don’t sell that at Halloween stores”.

But officer, it just means “In Case of Emergency.”
Good idea to flood suspect areas with ICE agents and arrest everyone who takes off running!
I would think a shirt saying “ICE” would be OK>...there are many things that “ICE” could be.
“POLICE” is another story.
