Texas school official resigns after hidden video captures him telling parent how to dodge transgender law

A Texas high school official resigned over the controversy surrounding an undercover video showing him telling a parent how to place a biological boy in girls' sports.

Reny Lizardo resigned as executive director of campus operations for the Irving Independent School District after the hidden-camera video led Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) to call for his immediate termination. The video was obtained and published by Accuracy in Media.

The video shows an alleged parent expressing concern to Lizardo about "transphobia" and "bigotry" her transgender daughter might experience if the family moves to the area of the district.

"Could you legally change a gender on a birth certificate?" he said.

"I believe in some places you can," the woman replies.

"So if you can get that done, and you turn [in to] us a birth certificate that says 'this gender,' that's the gender we go with," Lizardo responded.

He goes on to tell the woman that school officials will ask for a birth certificate but that eventually they stop asking and forget about the request, which circumvents state law.

Government schools need to be destroyed from top to bottom. They are destroying our youth and I'm shocked that parents with children in school aren't more outraged and just continue to allow their children attend these dens of iniquity.

Children can't read or do basic math, but they can explain why they can change their gender at will.

May I suggest that all executive directors of campus operations be eliminated at all public schools nationwide? This is the kind of bloated unnecessary administrative position that has been created in public education over the past 30 years. More teachers, fewer executive directors.

Irving was at one time fairly conservative. However, it is largely nonwhite at present. The older areas of Irving that were once working class white are now mostly Hispanic. The newer areas like Las Colinas and Valley Ranch have large Asian Indian and Pakistani populations. I believe the northernmost portion of Irving is in the Coppell ISD.

There are too many leftists and sexual perverts, both heterosexual and homosexual, embedded even in the public school systems even in areas where Republicans win by overwhelming majorities. We may laugh at the attractive 25 year old female teacher who seduces a teenage boy but that is unacceptable as well. A parent must either homeschool or send his children to a good private school.
