A federal judge on Tuesday paused until next week the implementation of a Trump administration order that would have frozen the issuance of federal grants and loans.
Judge Loren AliKhan’s ruling came just minutes before the freezing order was set to take effect at 5 p.m. ET.

A judge cannot override an executive order of this nature. He will be ignored.

Time for Trump to tell the judge the Constitution does not give unelected individual judges the authority to overturn presidential executive orders. Furthermore the issue of funding is between the Legislative and Executive branches. The Constitution gives the Judiciary no role in the budgeting process or the execution of spending.
The judiciary branch decades ago decreed this power to overrule Executive action for itself into the Constitution. Time for the Executive and Legislative branches to correct this overreach, by decree.
The first chokepoint is the person — in any agency — who needs to sign the final approval for a pending grant or loan.
Trump does not yet have his people in place. But he can install his own Actings. And his Actings would be within their authority to review what they are about to sign.
Regular order can resolve this problem.
The Biden people were working like crazy in the closing months to shovel money out the door as fast as they could. What we are talking about here are dollars already authorized and appropriated but that have not yet been disbursed. Some of this funding will be for projects that we call support. Some will be judgment calls on which people can legitimately disagree. And some of it will be for democrat money grabs and woke nonsense that Team Trump will want to stop. But Trump needs his own people in place to make that call. If the money was still in the pipeline but not yet obligated at noon on January 20, hold it up.
It just gives them enough time for liberal staffers to send the $39 Million to the WHO organization, even though Trump already took the USA out of it.

The judge can always print his own checks instead.
Trump should do what Biden did with the student loan debt, just do it anyway, heck commies said it was fine and dandy when Biden did it, but its illegal when Trump cuts off funding to commies..by the way universities should not get one red cent, they support hamas and teach young people to support hamas
