I might be a bit more sympathetic to his views if this were
over a year into this Trump administration with the same old
nonsense going on.

Trump does have a master plan for reducing government
spending, so I’m not into giving the democrats help smearing
Trump and company after only week.

All that will accomplish is giving the dems and the media an
open door to slander Trump and the Republicans which just
makes it easier to stall any good legislation in Congress.

Lots of folks have one little slice of the pie in focus,
while there are thousands to be mindful of in the overall
scheme of things.

Give Musk, the Republicans, and Trump some space to do good
things. If they fall down on the job, then given them
criticism over time.

I wish I had your confidence, my FRiend. I just remember that during the first term of POTUS that budgets increased annually at his request and blessing, and the national debt grew astronomically. Yes, some of it was due to COVID-19, but there was nothing to Impede throwing money at problems, without prioritizing.

Perhaps it is different, but POTUS, before he was inaugurated, lobbied for a lifting of the debt ceiling. If strict budgetary thoughts were employed, the budget would fall under the current debt limit.

In my humble opinion, raising the debt limit is just kicking the can down the road once again. If cuts were firmly enacted there would be no reason to raise the debt limit. Just sayin’

NEVER heard of MUSLIMS even using condoms

In fact, they invented them using goat intestines. 100 years later, the English improved on the design by removing the intestine from the goat first.

Trump has CUT OFF all foreign aid, USAID, and all NGOs funding both domestically and abroad. In just 48 hours. the “Blue Team” has been cutoff at the knees, saving billions. What the hell else does he expect in Trump’s first week?

Agree, he's afraid he might like being on a team.

“ So do tax cuts have to be “paid for”? That is waht the budget cap does, ties our hands”

I never heard that “have to be paid for “during the Biden administration. Almost all congressional Republicans are just disgusting. They worked against Trump during his first administration and I won’t be surprised if they do it again.

Perhaps they have a secondary use, such as being filled with something harmful that can be thrown at people they don’t like.

He is my rep-he is mostly a reliably conservative, but like most lawyers, he does sh** like this to say “look at me, look at me, me, me!” Step away from the mirror and the bong, Chip-it isn’t all about you-stick to doing what we voted for you to do-bastante...
