An Indiana man who was pardoned by President Trump for his role in the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riot was shot dead by a deputy during a traffic stop Sunday afternoon, according to authorities.
Matthew Huttle was killed in an altercation with a Jasper County Sheriff’s deputy who pulled him over on Indiana State Road 14 near the Pulaski County line and attempted to arrest the 42-year-old, state police said. “An altercation took place between the suspect and the officer, which resulted in the officer firing his weapon and fatally wounding the suspect,” state police said in a news release.
Huttle allegedly had a gun on him inside the car, according to authorities. “He is not a true believer in any political cause,” defense attorney Andrew Hemmer insisted at the time.

Hopefully the video shows that it’s a lawful shoot, as unfortunate as it is. I can see how Matthew Huttle might have been freaked out about being pulled over by police, considering his experiences.
I’ve had that myself, seemingly being targeted by police over traffic infractions. When it happens enough, the thought does enter your mind that you might be targeted deliberately.
I’m leaning toward the guy being a hardcore SovCit.

I’m getting liberals who are cheering the death of Matthew.
Liberals want full vengeance against the J6R’s.
Prison can change a person, usually for the worst.
Darwin’s theory of natural selection in action.
Lawyers and bail is a lot cheaper, than fighting
with a scared or angry cop.
Most cops just want to go home safe and sound,
Retire and collect a cushy pension.
Being a cop even isn’t

How much undiagnosed PTSD will all these patriots carry around for the rest of their lives?
I trust nothing nowadays...
Reeks of the agency....
At this point any scenario could be true.
Matthew had a lot of legal troubles unrelated to J6. It’s likely that he was on his way back to prison, but it wasn’t because of his involvement in J6.
He’s unteachable.
Looks that way to me. I am also suspicious, because of the assassination attempts on Trump, and the way they were handled. So much weird stuff ...
It’s unfortunate, but it may be open season on all the J6 people once they are out
“One question I have is did the LEO run the license plate on the vehicle and know that the driver was a recently released J6 Victim Prisoner and was the LEO possibly predisposed to killing Matthew Huttle because he was a J6 Victim Prisoner who had been Pardoned and Released ?”
It was more like the feds did not take a prior warrant off the books like they should have. So in that local system it showed he still had a federal warrant out for his arrest. Officers will not take one extra minute to do some double checking before arresting you. Like robots they do what the computer tells them to do.
“It is not their job” as they say... So they do not care if it is a mistake or not.
They just arrest you without question and let you battle with the courts about it. And the feds could care less if their mistake causes problems later. In fact in this case the Biden feds would be hoping it causes you more pain, discomfort, and hardship later. They are cruel, sadistic, and vindictive.
Wow, I’m trying to give benefit of the doubt and find sarcasm in that. I can’t...
That is one for the Freudian slip list...
What Freudian slip are you referring to?
All walks of life went to J6 to protest. Some are veritable saints and some had issues.
This man had prior convictions unrelated to J6. The officer apparently stopped him because he committed a traffic offense and wasn’t even supposed to be driving, because he had a DUI conviction. His release, unrelated to J6, was that he wasn’t supposed to be driving, but he was caught. That likely means that he was going to go back to prison, but that doesn’t have anything to do with his J6 convictions or pardon.
The comment kiryandil pointed out to you...
My apologies. I thought you were referring to something I said, as in that I wasn’t ready to give my life to protect this guy because he’s a J6R.
No, that other guy deserves a slap, because nobody can really believe that J6R prosecutions were board and based on law. If they were, nobody would have been sent to prison for four years, and possibly life if Trump had not won, without a trial.
I didn’t realize at the time the comment wasn’t directed at me, so my bad on that.
I do get jumped on occasion, because my attempt at objectivity gets sometimes misinterpret as supporting the other side.
