President Donald Trump has promised to usher in a new era in America's top investigative unit — the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) — with day one changes being implemented as key senior roles were reassigned.
The agency's shakeup began when former FBI Director Christopher Wray, who was nominated by Trump in his first administration, announced last month that he would step down from his post. Hours before Trump was sworn in, acting director Paul Abbate similarly stepped down.
The Associated Press reported, citing a person familiar with the matter, that the longtime head of the Justice Department’s office of international affairs, Bruce Swartz, was reassigned along with as many as 20 other staffers.
On Monday, the White House announced Brian Driscoll as acting director of the FBI. Driscoll’s time as acting director will presumably end when Kashyap "Kash" Patel is confirmed as the FBI’s next director by the U.S. Senate.
Throughout former President Biden's term, the FBI was entangled in repeated scandals, prompting President Trump to promise to root out corruption in the FBI and the Department of Justice (DOJ).

On day one, President Trump signed a memorandum titled "Restoring Accountability for Career Senior Executives." He asserted that federal employees are able to be fired.
"I came from the private sector before the FBI, and I noticed such a contrast. The private sector, if you're not doing your job, of course you're going to get fired. But when you come to the federal government, there was almost this mood of, you know, we're untouchable," Parker said.

Fire everyone — EVERYONE — pending review.
Interview them and weed out the political operatives, DEI hire.
Just reinstate physical fitness tests for military and all LEOs and that’ll weed out the ghettopotomuses and trannies.
If you cannot fire them then detail them to some very cold and nasty location for the winter.
That should get rid of most of them.
What the corrupt FBI agents should understand is that Trump has 6 Ways from Sunday to deal with them.
God willing, the American People will no longer have reason to fear the FBI. It will no longer serve as a Secret Police organization such as STAZI or the KGB.
God willing, thanks to President Donald Trump, the American People can now rest in peace, no longer living in fear of the US Government and its agencies.
God willing, this now ends the dreaded American gulag.
I think the FBI should be totally shut down and every agent placed on a “Do Not Hire” list. But that probably won’t happen. At a minimum, across the entire federal enterprise, they need to find ways to fire people or convince people to leave or retire. We need a much smaller workforce. Then the various agencies and departments can assess their tasks and focus on core responsibilities and stop harassing citizens over piddly stuff.
The pendulum has been stopped! The Inquisition is in the hands of it’s enemies!
W.I.N.N.I.N.G!
sadly, the FBI knows how they want to deal with DJT and they call it the Butler Protocol
Kash Patel hearing and Pam Bondi AG vote are not for another week.
Trump needs all this settled to really begin the work of reform. I believe that’s also what is keeping issues like Ukraine in a holding pattern.
Nonetheless, it’s clear the roaches in the deep-state DOJ-KGB have seen the light, and have already started to scatter themselves.
Such a difference from January 2017! Back then, Trump had to rely-on and trust the incumbent DC apparatchiks and Uniparty hacks.
Trumps 4 years out of office seems to have been part of God’s plan to steel Trump, fully reveal the plans of his enemies, and give Trump time to prepare and form a group of true allies.
Looks like a lot of them will be going back to panty raids at the girls’ dorm.
Everybody in a supervisory position should be reassigned.
Bruce Swartz needs a little more of a push than just being reassigned:
Nov 16, 2016 - Dec 15, 2016 : (Our attends several meetings in this period) The IG report then notes that “between November 16, 2016 and December 15, 2016, Ohr participated in several meetings that were attended, at various times, by some or all of the following individuals: [Bruce] Swartz, [Zainab Ahmad], Andrew Weissmann (then Section Chief of CRM’s Fraud Section), [Peter] Strzok, and Lisa Page.”
I seem to recall a quote from Christopher Wray that he hired 40% of the staff. If that’s right and he did it in the last four years, perhaps 40% should be let go immediately.
Then again there is the quote from Lincoln that he destroyed his enemies by making them his friends. Perhaps the young and impressionable staff can be re-indoctrinated.
Move the entire FBI to their new complex in Minot ND.
Can’t Trump just make Patel the Acting Director until he’s confirmed? Let the scouring begin now.
betting chuck u. schumer is crapping his pants 6 ways from Sunday.
“the Butler Protocol”
Another name for the action might also be called the rats escaping a sinking ship.

“detail them to some very cold and nasty location for the winter.”
I dated an FBI agent in Alaska back in the ‘80s. He didn’t seem to have a lot to do. Seems like someone would like to be assigned there.
