Barack Obama asked George W. Bush how they could “stop what’s happening” during President Trump’s inauguration on Monday, according to a lip reader.
Jackie Gonzalez, a deaf woman who shares her interpretations of celebrities’ and politicians’ private conversations on social media, made a now-viral video revealing what she believed the two former presidents were discussing during a candid moment at Trump’s inauguration.

I’ll give the former Presidents the benefit of the doubt and assume Obama was referring to Joe filling up his diaper in their presence when he asked how they could “stop what’s happening”.

Absolutely correct. I have top of the line hearing aids, but I still rely upon lip reading, because hearing aids are aids, not replacements.
During the fake pandemic, I stopped communicating with people who refused to drop their masks so that I could read their lips (and increase sound quality). On many occasions, I told the mask wearer than the Americans with Disabilities Act requires you to drop your mask as a reasonable accommodation.
The answer to Obama’s question:
Not a damn thing - what’s happening is that the American people are on to your lies, thanks to DJT, the first honorable POTUS since Ronald Reagan.
No one can stop what is coming...

I think they’re referring to the subject matter in the envelopes they received with horror at Papa Bush’s funeral.
It may also be related to the reason why Catherine Herridge is at Gitmo ready to report on military tribunals there.

If the Bushes had been as intelligent, wise, honest, and patriotic as Trump, it would not have been necessary for Trump to leave his luxurious lifestyle and enter politics in order to save the USA from destruction, and the Bush Dynasty would not only have continued but would have soared.
I also asked people to remove their masks so I could understand them. I didn’t have to invoke the ADA though. Usually saying that I am Hearing Impaired was enough.
Most people, though, wouldn’t admit that the masks were about as effective keeping out viruses as a chain link fence is keeping out mosquitoes.
