Yes, I didn’t RTFA - the patient didn’t sign off on the surgery?
I am sure the patient did sign a consent form. The problem was it was cancer surgery and there was no cancer. It was done before the biopsy results were in. Also, doctor falsified records.

What I don’t understand is why the idiot staff would follow instructions they know are wrong. All the staff who falsified the records to cover the doctor should be fired.
He had to sign off - but he was given bad information because it was done before biopsy results came in....you need good information for your consent to be considered “informed consent”....
If he falsified records, then how is this not a criminal case?
