On the campaign trail, President-elect Donald Trump vowed to implement several policy promises on his first day back in the White House.

If Trump signs an executive order on his first day, it will be the fourth time since 1937 that a U.S. president has done so, according to an analysis of executive order data from the Office of the Federal Register by the Hearst Television Data Team.

Joe Biden signed more executive orders than any other president

Great man, playing a bad man part.

Joe renewed some of Trump's EO's.

For example, Joey renewed EO 13848, National Emergency With Respect to Foreign Interference in or Undermining Public Confidence in United States Elections.

Not just once, but FOUR times. Most recently, this past September. Got no press, but I note that for you here:

Press Release: Notice on the Continuation of the National Emergency With Respect to Foreign Interference in or Undermining Public Confidence in United States Elections

Unlike legislation, executive orders do not require Congressional approval, and Congress cannot overturn them.

While the above statement is partially true, it does not explain that there are ways to circumvent it:

Congress cannot directly overturn an executive order by simply declaring it invalid. However, Congress has several indirect methods to counteract an executive order. These include passing legislation that invalidates the order, which the president could then veto. If Congress overrides the veto with a two-thirds majority in both the House and Senate, the executive order can be effectively nullified.

Additionally, Congress can refuse to fund actions mandated by the executive order, thereby preventing its implementation.

When my Dad was in his 80s his mental abilities had faded dramatically. But he lived with me,my brother and my sister (we rotated so nobody got "burned out") and we made sure his bills were paid...although he didn't have many.

We'd fill out the check and he'd sign it. Of course we didn't do anything dishonest.

The Big Guy,OTOH,surely has a similar relationship with his puppet masters. But those puppet masters don't have the nation's...or The Big Guy's...best interests at heart.

“Additionally, Congress can refuse to fund actions mandated by the executive order, thereby preventing its implementation.”

You figured it out! Presidents can’t do schiff without money.
They can use up stored resources, but that is it.

Great man, playing a bad man part.

Biden’s a slimeball. He’s been a pedophile his entire life. He’s been a grifter, and a racist, his entire life.

Earlier last week, I looked up what branch the IRS falls into, and it’s the executive branch.
Might President Trump EO the elimination of taxes on SS , tips and overtime?

Looking forward to the Trump juggernaut and pen warfare. He will need barrels of ink like Johnny Inkslinger, Paul Bunyan's accountant.

The bidEn you are referencing is an evil slimeball, of course. He effectively died on 1/20/2020. He was given a military funeral gun salute. Donald J Trump departed Andrews with a 21-gun Presidential salute on AF1. The bidAn since then, the one in office pretending to be "46", is an actor. A good actor, skilled at playing various roles - slurring words, playing senile, but agile enough to fall UP stairs.

Donald J. Trump has been your CIC since in a Continuity of Government military sting operation. Again, note the handling of Trump's EO 13848 on election interference, renewed four times, last on Sept 2024. Trump has told us: "I caught them all".

Donald Trump is your president - in honor of the 6th annual renewal of EO 13848 (2x DJT/4x JRB)

Trump: "I caught the swamp. I caught 'em ALL"

The original bidEn learns he is caught (at the GHWB funeral)

46 was The Pause. Trump is CIC, and is restoring the Republic of the United States. The Dash matters!

That came to light when they refused to allocate funds for the border wall, but Trump proved that a president can take money from other places, which he did. 🙂👍

But basically that is the case. It depends on the what the E.O. addresses too.

Joe Biden signed more executive orders than any other president

Untrue! Presidents Abraham Lincoln and Andrew Johnson pardoned millions.

Several proclamations issued during and after the Civil War by Presidents Abraham Lincoln and Andrew Johnson offered pardons to certain classes of Confederate citizens until December 25, 1868, when President Johnson granted unconditional amnesty to all remaining participants of the rebellion. Ex-Confederates petitioned the President directly for pardons; the War Department received and processed their applications through the Adjutant General’s Office. The Department of State also received, registered, and filed the amnesty oaths required by some of the proclamations as well as copies of Presidential pardons.

Sorry! My citation of the National Archives was in response to the claim that Biden had pardoned more criminals.

I would agree they have been using an actor in some situations but not all. That guy in the debate was Biden. The rats knew there was a high possibility it would go the way it did which is why they had it so early. What is surprising is from all appearances they really didn’t have the contingency plan ready

If they even occasionally used bidEn, that would be at odds with this official whitehouse Press Release:

Press Release: Notice on the Continuation of the National Emergency With Respect to Foreign Interference in or Undermining Public Confidence in United States Elections

It also wouldn't explain all the oddities, I could reel off a dozen easily, of the events on 1/20/2021.

The use of a bidAn, on the other hand, works in all the oddities of that day and all the other days of the last 4 years.
