Nearly four weeks since the start of the PowerSchool data breach began families, teachers and school districts remain in the dark about the scope of the breach compromising personal information uploaded on the platform.
PowerSchool, a cloud-based platform that tens of thousands of schools use all over the country, has been the official student information system (SIS) since 2009 in South Carolina and 2013 in North Carolina.

My sister-in-law teaches near Charlotte, North Carolina and Facebooked my wife earlier today about a major hacking incident of the North and South Carolina electronic gradebook involving what appears to be personal data of the majority of students and teachers in the Carolinas going back about 15 years.

Student SSNs were probably the target and many Freepers cannot afford Home/Private schooling for their children and grandchildren.
Just like the same crowd's children promised their demands for abortion were only for the 1st trimester.
“WE don’t want ANYTHING other than to love each other ...”

The evil sodomites MUST force child recruiting because otherwise THEY WILL GO EXTINCT.
I remember way back when there was a bug that allowed downloading the entire data file with a specially crafted URL. Good times.
