Gov’t Photo ID for voting and also ID to apply for absentee ballots is a good place to start. Also, courts have been upholding strict limits on drop boxes. Limit the number of drop boxes, restrict them to early voting locations with the same hours as the voting locations.

ELIMINATE MAIL IN VOTING===NO DROP BOXES AT ALL NEEDED.
