Nope they are a rational adult. There is a thing called Party loyalty where you realize that rather then whining daily because everything isn’t perfect, you actually fight to achieve some of your political goals. We have too many GOP politicians that use the party to get elected and then are “mavericks” in DC.

It was said well on a program this morning.
Most individual Democrats in Congress seem to understand better than do too many in the GOP. Winning in Congress is a team sport. You can hardly ever win anything you want if you are only playing for yourself, and your options of getting the team to agree with you sometimes are greater when you go along with them when the chips are down, and nearly nill when you don’t.
Probably giving Ukraine and illegals more money today too
