What he did may not have been politically beneficial to him. But it wasn’t illegal.
Former South Korean President Yoon is a sworn enemy of North Korean President Kim Jong Un.
My first thought - did Intelligence Agencies from the USA or NATO, or from China or Russia, or from South Korea, mislead Yoon into thinking that a North on South attack was imminent?
Or - is Yoon just a 24 karat Goof Ball?
