The House subcommittee investigating former Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) partisan January 6 Special Committee “interviewed hundreds of witnesses,” but testimony from the most notorious star of Pelosi’s hearings is conspicuously absent from its report.
The subcommittee, chaired by Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA), issued an interim report December 17, 2024, calling former White House employee Cassidy Hutchison the Pelosi “Select Committee’s star witness.”
But despite the subcommittee “interview[ing] hundreds of witnesses,” the committee’s report makes no reference to bringing in Hutchinson for questioning – despite mentioning her by name 268 times.
According to a source, Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) personally intervened to block the subcommittee from issuing a subpoena to Hutchinson. Johnson, in a statement to Breitbart News, called that claim “clearly false.”
Breitbart asked the subcommittee and Loudermilk’s personal office why the subcommittee did not question Hutchinson despite her prominence throughout the report and the subcommittee’s otherwise thorough, exhaustive work. Breitbart also asked about any alleged interference from Johnson in the subcommittee’s work, particularly if Johnson interfered in any efforts to subpoena Hutchinson.

Johnson’s full statement to Breitbart, in which he denies blocking the subpoena, also broke the news that he will be continuing the subcommittee’s work into the next Congress, but that it will be “elevated” to the full committee level.

Loudermilk’s subcommittee has blasted Hutchinson for communicating with disgraced Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) without her own attorney’s knowledge. Those communications began after Hutchinson had sat before the committee twice.

Johnson is NOT lying. It would serve no purpose.
Bringing in a confirmed source of damaging lies to testify in a high-profile media event predisposed to take her credibly may not be advised. Raking her over the coals for perjury thereafter may itself gain a rap of vindictive excess.
It’s a judgment call I wouldn’t want to make.

did she lie? yes. should she pay for her lies? yes. no more vindictive than a shoplifter lying about shoplifting being convicted.

As far as wobbly?? The media at work. Johnson is very good...and has done just fine...and Trumped backed him 100% and I believe he will do it again...as soon as the Dems...and the media finish their spewing.
The mysterious anonymous source. Usually, this crowd screams and hollers about an unnamed source. When it suits their agenda.
This is politics, not justice. I wish it were the latter, but that is not the standard of public perception. Hence, we should prioritize our targets to those who most deserve to be examples (Vindeman, Marc Elias, Comey, Hillary, Brennan, etc.) lest we lose the necessary political resources with which to expose those cases properly to greater effect.
Nothing says you are innocent and truthful like blocking investigations and destroying evidence.

Dare I ask, “Whose side is he on?”
1) She was DRUGGED prior to testifying, probably XANAX to conceal her nervousness during her LIE fest. HER PUPILS WERE DILATED SO MUCH THAT HER EYE COLOR (IRIS) WAS CONSUMED BY THE SIZE OF HER PUPILS
2) Cassidy was PROGRAMMED or under some sort of mind control in addition to being drugged prior to testimony.
3) She was wearing a WIRELESS EARPIECE during her testimony which was highly measured in cadence as she was directed what to say.
Think about what she did. Just as VINDMAN did, she attempted to portray OUR FORMER PRESIDENT as UNHINGED. This is an OUTRAGE and she MUST be subpoenaed to testify about her LIES and be PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
CHENEY WAS HER HANDLER AND THE CIA WAS THEIR HANDLER !!!!
