ST. PAUL — Derek Chauvin was granted permission to test materials from George Floyd’s autopsy in a challenge to Floyd’s cause of death on Monday, Dec. 16, by federal Judge Paul A. Magnuson of the U.S. District Court of Minnesota.
In May 2020, 46-year-old Floyd died after Chauvin, then a Minneapolis police officer, kneeled on his neck. Floyd’s death sparked worldwide Black Lives Matter protests in the months following.
As part of a bid to reverse his guilty plea in the case, Chauvin filed a motion requesting further testing of Floyd’s autopsy.
Chauvin argued in his complaint that his trial lawyer, Eric Nelson, failed to seek important medical tests that he believes could have shown Floyd’s death was caused by a medical condition, not by Chauvin’s actions, based on an email Nelson received from Dr. William Schaetzel.
Nelson did not tell Chauvin about that email, according to court documents.

I watched the videos (there are more than one) of the police interactions with Floyd.
I read the Minneapolis police procedures.
Derek Chavin followed the procedures, just as he had been instructed to do.
Indeed. By some accounts Floyd finally realized what was happening to him, and which he had been complaining, when with his last words were to his family.
Before then he was seemingly confused but his confusion ended and then his life.
I believe Trump tried to stop them last time. But tampon Timmy got in the way and didn’t take his phone call.
The official Hennepin County autopsy is the ONLY official autopsy report. It clears Chauvin completely.

Real life George Floyd health problems:
Enlarged heart: Floyd’s heart was larger than normal, requiring more oxygen.
Narrowed coronary arteries: Floyd’s coronary arteries were narrowed, limiting his heart’s ability to provide more oxygen when needed.
High blood pressure: Floyd’s blood pressure was very high during the incident that led to his death.
Fentanyl and methamphetamine use: Floyd had both fentanyl and methamphetamine in his system.
Paraganglioma: Floyd had a tumor or growth in his lower abdomen that could release hormones that increase blood pressure.
Exposure to vehicle exhaust while held by officers.
Wasn’t it ten times the lethal dose of fentanyl? I seem to recall that figure.
Mary, it’s ‘...knelt on his neck...’. And no he didn’t. You might want to watch the actual videos that were available and review the operations training guide they were following on how to restrain certain individuals. Chauvin was railroaded by demo-commies.

Above is an hour plus long documentary called “The Fall of Minneapolis”. It was done by a former news anchor that now does her own stuff. She is from Minnesota.
It has lots of information on how Chauvin was railroaded. LOTS.
At the 50 minute mark there is evidence from the trial where the coroner (county?) says that there is no evidence of suffocation. The coroner than asks something like “So what happens when these results don’t fit what has already been publicized in the news?”
IIRC they focused on some third-party coroner hired by the prosecution to come to the suffocation part. I’m not sure if that third-part coroner even looked at the body. IIRC it was some black guy from a college on the east coast that just looked at documents.

Agreed. Chauvin was indeed railroaded.
The first one was done by the coroner. The Second one was a hired gun brought in and paid by the family to declare exactly what they wanted to hear.
The first one told the truth. The second one is a liar.
He had 11 ng/ml of fentanyl in his bloodstream. Lethal dose is considered to be around 4 ng/ml. So you are essentially right, he had way more than enough fentanyl to kill him.
