That’s at least 26 firecrackers to stir things up for the hundreds of others there and get them deeper into the trap.
No, any citizen can be charged with contempt of congress.

Perjury is perjury. He swore under oath. If a police officer lies under oath during a trial, resigning does not absolve him or her. Same thing when you lie UNDER OATH to Congress.
