Memeing a murderer If you spotted the person who shot Brian Thompson, would you a) turn them in to the police or b) continue to go merrily about your day?
Judging by the gleeful reaction to the UnitedHealthcare CEO’s murder, 99% of the United States would choose option b.

So to the left the gunning down of a businessman in the street is ok but the accidental death while restraining a thug in a subway is murder
Yeah, about right. Boy, have we reached the pinnacle of our civilization.
Just imagine in the hierarchy of evil CEO’s that a health care company is “more” evil than a tobacco company CEO, pharmaceutical company CEO or any other frowned upon industry by the left.
Absolutely. These communists are the real deal.
Murder is murder period and should never be accepted
I’m surprised by some of the comments here on FR about the UC CEO. This is also after some Freepers admonish others about something bad happening to Democrats. “We don’t want to let visitors here think we are a bunch of Neanderthal Conservatives wishing death on our political opponents.” I don’t understand all the hate and vitriol against the CEO.
If Daniel Penny had restrained Brian Thompson’s killer, would he have been tried for that?
Condolences to family and friends of Brian Thompson. A murderer is still out there.
“I don’t understand all the hate and vitriol against the CEO.”
I don’t condone what happened. But I do understand it. My guess is that this murder was due to someone watching a loved one die because needed health care was denied by UHC.
That being said I’d have no problem voting guilty were I on the jury and the evidence supported it.

Good point.
My employer used United Health Care for decades until 0bamaCare made our policy unaffordable because of the “luxury tax” imposed on “gold plated” employer policies. We got shifted into HMO’s. Those whose spouses had Medicare were left with no employer sponsored coverage for their spouses.
United Health Care coverage, that I experienced, was excellent. I had absolutely no complaints.
While I am of the opinion that this murder was legally and morally, "wrong," there are a whole lot of other wrongs in this world where my sympathy will be directed before I get around to pouring any out for Mr. Thompson.
FWIW, it's also my opinion that the NYPD's dedication of resources to this single case at the expense of other unsolved homicides this week is also a moral wrong. Mr. Thompson and his family should be told to take a number and get in line with every other family who had a loved one killed this week.
Excellent point.
.....” I don’t understand all the hate and vitriol against the CEO”.......
Well I was once told his company was the worst out there for coverage and corrupt in many ways. To never choose them.
Correct. The leftists, and their Freeper sympathizers really need to rethink their support for murder. They really don't want to open that door, because once it becomes a free-for-all, it won't end the way they think.
Let Trump do his job of fixing our nation so that our government and courts do the job they are supposed to do, and stops doing jobs they have no business doing.
“Mr. Thompson and his family should be told to take a number and get in line with every other family who had a loved one killed this week.”
I agree. Why does this murder take priority?

Stringing up fascists is murder. Our founding fathers who called for watering the tree of liberty with the blood of tyrants were ghouls whose memeory should be desecrated. Justice for tyranats must be left to god.
My condolences go out to those who died because the AI he created denied their claim. This guy was a ghoul. I have no idea why anyone on this forum is defending him.
