Corrupt California Ballot Harvesting: Two More Republican Congressional Seats Lost After the Election
California Globe ^ | December 5, 2024 | Katy Grimes

California’s newly elected Assembly members and Senators were sworn in Monday December 2nd… while elections officials were still counting ballots.

The first Monday in December has always been swearing-in Day for the California Legislature, from back in the day when California managed to report election results at the end of the Election Day along with all other 49 states. We are not sure how swearing in day is legal anymore…

Wednesday, Dec. 5th, one month after Election Day, California wrapped up counting votes. And once again, California lost two more Republican congressional races after the election – one month after the election. And once again, a Republican lost to the Democrat.

It’s not who votes it’s who counts the votes

It’s coincidental.

As I said on another thread, this is easy to fix:

FORCE them to clean up their voter rolls & go to a legitimate way of voting: in person with ID, with results certified by each precinct within 24 hours.

And it would be very simple to do. Refuse to seat any senator or congressman from a state that is still counting ballots a month after the election. They can do that on January 6, 2025.

If these elections have FEDERAL offices then FEDERAL authorities should set some guidelines. India counts 461,000,000 votes faster.

Since when do conservatives support a large expansion of federal government to control state and local voting? Perhaps you could point us to the section of the Constitution that supports such an action.

They can control the House & Senate. And they can refuse to seat any one they deem. And if it takes refusing to seat people from corrupt states, then so be it.

The better solution is favorable redistricting in red states, which is how these seats were lost.

Sounds like the GOP ballot watchers took a snooze on the count.
Maybe next time they’ll remember to show up.
Maybe they don’t care.

If Trump had won by less than a percent, this is what the entire country would have looked like with the Dems finding "missing" ballots in every trunk, desk and mailbox in an attempt to drag Kamala over the finish line like she was a senile old man running for office.

The size of his win was the only thing which sent the cheat machine back to its barracks to wait for next time.

Going to blane the RNC here because it seems like once the President’s victory was assured, they lost interest in going after the down ballot cheating.

Democrats passed two laws in 2016, Senate Bill 450 by Sen. Ben Allen (D-Santa Monica), and Assembly Bill 1921, by Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez (D-San Diego), which allows voter ballots to be harvested and counted for 30 days following the election, among myriad of other perks.

I would like the new DOJ to look into this. It seems strangely odd to take a month to count votes. But maybe that is just me.

Wow!
Institutionalization of the conditions for retroactive election fraud, theft

And nobody challenged it for the entire 8 years since ?
