Breaking: newly tabulated provisional/other ballots in New York City significantly narrow Trump's popular vote margin. Added at certification:

Harris 159,983

Trump 52,544

What I see happening is that the left is trying to flip the popular vote and then going to try to use it as a lever to get the electoral college to vote according to the popular vote instead of their state’s vote.
