Not just in America, but in many nations around the world, business operators can choose the products they wish to offer consumers. If they assess the market correctly, they'll succeed. If not, they close down.
But California.
As in that's not what is happening in California, where authorities now are demanding consumers file reports on retailers if they don't have an adequate "gender-neutral" selection of children's toys.

First ask them to identify an “adequate selection”.
Then they need to provide a comprehensive list of what qualifies as gender neutral. If necessary, add more balls, dice, popsicle sticks (counted individually) to bring your quantity equal to trucks and dolls.

All toys are gender-neutral inasmuch as it is legal to give any toy to children of either gender. Boys are free to get Barbies and girls are free to get GI Joe figures ... they just choose not to want them, by and large. This isn’t because of any failings or lack of wokeness of the toy stores.

These leftist freaks don’t even know what they’re saying. First, nothing defines “gender” so a man with a full beard can “identify” as a woman just by a declaration, and shame on you if you attach a characteristic to a gender.
Now, characteristics are used to define gender or lack of gender in a toy section?
