Tesla CEO Elon Musk loses bid to get $56 billion pay package reinstated
This is even after Tesla shareholders approved it again in June 2024 after 2018 vote.
No judge should have the authority to overrule the votes of a private company board and its shareholders.
Abs If I remember correctly the person that brought the lawsuit only owns a few Tesla shares
Who currently owns the shares that Musk would get if this pay package was granted?

No one
Tesla stock options I believe
Bad idea incorporating in Delaware with lunatic judges.
Good! I’d rather he had time for DOGE.
This was to keep him “interested” in Tesla, and that house of cards may crumble.
Figures.
There’s nothing GOOD about losing that amount of money.
He has 300 plus Billion dollars.
If he’s not distracted by that, a little more won’t distract him.
He didn’t buy twitter to get richer. He bought it to help Trump and the country
I don’t dispute you, at all.
Tesla is a distraction. If they were smart, they would have reengaged his attention. This judge is not keeping up.
T$’s DoJ needs to fully investigate this DE judge. Hit him with max lawfare
Delaware being the home of Brandon doesn’t help either.
Can he re-incorporate in TEXAS????
That judge better hope that he has not committed any federal crimes.
He needs to move the Corporation from Delaware.
Exactly.
No one judge should have such unlimited power to implement policies they want.
It’s a politically connected {Dems} female judge in Chancery Court in Delaware. Musk was smart enough to re-incorporate in another state {Texas?}
