Sean Hill, the incorrigible nuisance arrested 75 times since 2015 and 12 times this year, will not be getting arrested for a while. That’s because a judge finally decided to send him to prison.
Many of the 54-year-old’s arrests involved allegations of randomly battery people and grabbing women he did not know, usually downtown. But he’s going to prison for robbing an Old Town liquor store twice this year.
On March 9, he allegedly took a bottle of Tito’s vodka from Garfield’s Beverage, 1437 North Wells, and told a store employee that he had a gun. One month later, he stole a bottle of Grey Goose vodka, warning, “I will kill you if you take another step,” while reaching into his pocket as if he had a weapon, a CPD report said.

Records show Hill has pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated robbery in exchange for concurrent six-year sentences from Judge Aleksandra Gillespie. He’s expected to be paroled after serving half of that time, in May 2027.
But the real story is all the other problems Hill managed to cause this year.

Hill allegedly told arresting officers that he planned to sell the merchandise on the street. The cops noted that Hill “does not have the suffice [sic] number of convictions for a felony upgrade.”
The officers were referring to a policy adopted by Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx shortly after she took office in December 2016 in which shoplifters are only charged with felonies if the value of the stolen merchandise exceeds $1,000 or they have ten previous felony convictions. Beginning Monday, former justice and prosecutor Eileen O’Neill Burke is replacing Foxx. She has vowed to enforce the state’s shoplifting laws by charging thefts of more than $300 as a felony.

But yet a grandmother who was led into the Capitol building by police no less, gets prison time for years for their very first offense which they were tricked into committing!
Kim Foxx.....nough said.

There was a crazy woman in our town, and one day I met her on the sidewalk- she screamed at me, said she was going to shoot me, reached into her pocket, and threw a kleenex at me lol- it’s funny now, but at the time, I wasn’t sure if she was serious or not.
Grab 'em by their downtown!

Fox refused to prosecute claiming “lack,of evidence (DESPITE video evidence of the shooting, multiple eyewitnesses at the scene etc, and police investigation showing that all of the people involved were shooting at each other)
She also said she would not prosecute because they were “Mutual combatants”
To prove just how asinine and corrupt kim foxx’s descision was, Even the rabid far left Chicago mayor, Lori Lightfoot condemned Kim fox for not prosecuting the gang members for their brazen daylight war in the middle of a busy street wit. Other drivers caught up in the deadly assault taking place!
A pest? Weird way to describe it.

Does anyone believe the victims felt as if they had just been “pestered” a bit? A pest and a criminal are not the same thing. They are nowhere even near each other in the dictionary.
I remember in the 1970s cops saying that if they could arrest and jail permanently maybe 100 people, 90% of the crime in some cities would cease. But the judges keep releasing them.
Also “ incorrigible nuisance” as opposed to career criminal. Soon it will be “ naughty man”.

They are failing to provide Amendment XIV equal protection. I would hope that Pam Bondi would have the DoJ act.
