Fresno has over 5000 provisional ballots to cure. I wonder if anybody’s helping that’s a republican friendly area

Duarte had been ahead by 205-210 for the past week, then boom, today he is behind by 105. Another seat most likely lost.

You sure would think after all the obvious fraud that went on in 2020 the Republicans would have been better prepared to counter fraud in 2024. If Kamala had been a better candidate and had won more of the popular vote and Electoral College votes the outcome might have been different via fraud.

He was way ahead after election night then every single vote dump and the Democrat moves closer and closer. Now the Rat is ahead. Duarte never had a post election vote dump increase his lead.

2024 is the sneaky cheat. By Christmas when California is finished “counting”, the Republican majority might as well be negligible.

How difficult is it to post the data your title indicates.

California
Adam Gray D 103,790 50.0%

John Duarte (I) R 103,685 50.0%
Total 207,475
99% expected votes in

Something tells me a lot of people have fled the district. The 2020 apportionment shows California had 761,091 people per house district. That is 27.26% of the population.

For reference, Maine 2020 apportionment: 681,791, CD 2 Vote Total: 391,596, 57.44%. Even this is is low in my mind. Surprisingly, CD 2 has a projected increase of about 15,000 people, which is a reversal of the loss of the last 20 years for the northern Maine district.

Problem is apportionment is based on population including non citizens.

It looks like CA may lose three or four house seats after the 2030 census.

Obviously long term this is very good for us.

If the only thing President Trump was able to fix was our corrupt voting system his presidency would be a success. We need to stop the mail in ballots all together.

And you thought voting was over.

The voting has been over for a long time. The counting, curing, adjudicating, and whatever else is needed are going on, and on, and on ...

Same thing is going on in CA45 between Michelle Steel (R) and Derek Tran (D). The slow but steady steal is on and Tran is now ahead 157,960 to 157,347.

We need to run a candidate undercover as a Democrat and see what is really going on.

It was not really reapportionment. It was redistricting. That is what happened to Steele.

Duarte is not dead. There are heavy red areas with curable provisionals. His odds of making up just 105 votes out of those are not bad.

Err not provisionals. Those are not cured. It is absentees that get cured.

Provisional ballots are the worst. Anyone can walk into most polls with a utility bill and say “I’m a new resident, I insist on a provisional ballot” and the elections officials have to go through registrations, examine their ‘proof,’ check for evidence of also voting elsewhere, etc.

I think that’s how at least one Senate seat in Georgia was lost.
