I doubt that. What Russia is not seeing is anyone trying to restrain him.
The Russians famously “castled” by moving nuclear weapons into Belarus starting in 2023. So Ukraine is allowed to make a similar move.
IIRC, the old agreement says Ukraine will never have nuclear weapons.

Imagine Russia or China or Iran moving nukes into Mexico. That’s equivalent.
They are not allowed to have nukes per agreement. AND they signed the nuke Treaty.
No it is not. There are exactly ZERO reasons for Mexico to acquire nukes. Mexico is not a country facing imminent invasion by the US.
