A bill has been submitted to the State Duma that prescribes a mechanism for excluding organizations, including foreign and international ones, from the list of terrorist ones. The package of documents has been published in the Duma database.
In the explanatory note, the authors of the initiative indicate that Russian legislation has a mechanism for judicial prohibition of the activities of such organizations and their inclusion in a single federal list.

On October 7, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said that Russia is working to exclude the Afghan Taliban group(the organization is recognized as terrorist and banned in the Russian Federation)from the list of terrorist organizations. In Russia, the Taliban was recognized as terrorist in 2003.
On October 4, the Russian President’s special representative for Afghanistan, Zamir Kabulov, reported that the decision to exclude the Taliban from the list of terrorist organizations was made by Russia’s top leadership.

It’s called “geopolitics”, snek.
China says “from Ukraine to Afghanistan, from Iraq to Libya, NATO has brought war and disaster to these regions and their people.”
You fricking zeeper freaks now have me agreeing with China, CHINA for God’s sake!
Maybe that should tell you something about yourself...
Here is graphic proof courtesy of USA Today, 11 April 2018.
So what precisely in that article from Russian State Media is a lie?
And so what...that was from 2018...4 years before Russia attacked Ukraine?
Hi, Cathy. You prove my point. Russia took Crimea in 2014.
Therefore --
"I think Timber Rattler does not so much lie, as attempt to forget in order to validate today's realpolitick by forgetting yesterday's."
So Bad Vlad now be a Taliban man. Will this register with his Free Republic groupies? They don’t give a shyte about the Russia-Iran-Norks alliance.
Interesting how Hitler had a hard on for Islam, and so does Putin. Hitler met with the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem a few times.

______________
Adolf Hitler and Haj Amin al-Husseini, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, had at least one documented meeting on November 28, 1941, in Berlin145. This meeting is well-known and has been extensively documented, with a photograph of the two together serving as visual evidence of their encounter3.
During this meeting, Hitler and al-Husseini discussed several topics:
The Mufti expressed gratitude for Hitler’s support of the Arab and Palestinian cause5.
Hitler assured al-Husseini of Germany’s commitment to opposing the Jewish national home in Palestine5.
They discussed the potential for Arab cooperation with Nazi Germany against their common enemies: the British, Jews, and Communists4.
Hitler promised to support Arab liberation once German forces reached the southern exit from the Caucasus4.
While this meeting is the most well-documented encounter between Hitler and al-Husseini, there is some speculation about whether other undocumented meetings took place. Hitler’s impression of the Mufti, described in one of his table-talks about six months after their meeting, suggests a more nuanced understanding of al-Husseini’s character that might indicate additional interactions3.
It’s important to note that while al-Husseini sought a firm commitment from Hitler to make him the leader of the Arab world, Hitler was cautious in his promises due to existing commitments to Italy3. Nevertheless, the Mufti continued to collaborate with Nazi Germany throughout World War II, working closely with other high-ranking Nazi officials such as Heinrich Himmler and Joachim von Ribbentrop45.
The extent of al-Husseini’s influence on Hitler’s decision-making, particularly regarding the Holocaust, has been a subject of debate among historians. While some claims about the Mufti’s role in initiating the Holocaust have been refuted, it is clear that he was aware of
Putin the Talleywacker
That is a more detailed analysis of the Snake's method of propagandizing, and it is accurate.
As far as it being allowable and not identified as "Lying", I will submit as evidence, the standard Oath for submission of evidence in a United States Court Of Law:
"I swear (or affirm) that the evidence I give is the Truth, The Whole Truth, and Nothing But The Truth, So Help Me, God."
This Oath requires Truth in the real world the day it is given, not only "truth" from the past, no matter how recent.
Disingenuously representing no-longer-truthful facts from the past as truthful facts in the present Is Lying.
Of course I can discuss these precepts with you because you are Earnest (and on my list).
I'll just drop this here - an oldie but goodie propaganda lie by the snek and his Ukie snek handlers:

The snek was given many opportunities to retract his AP lie on that bit of fake news - but he never did...
Thanks for the reminder that Snakes Lie, it is Always True.
I suspect that Timber Rattler tries to be conservative, but when he mis-directs as he did above, I suspect his "conservatism" is quite like the sort which allowed the media to assert Barack Obama was conservative.
Barack Obama, conservative Washington Post, 22 November 2019.And to sort that allowed a "conservative" like Robert Kagan appear across media.
The strongmen strike back Washington Post, Robert Kagan, 14 March 2019.And then...."It doesn't really matter what Trump believes, therefore. More important is what he doesn't believe. Nor does he need to withdraw formally from NATO to introduce massive instability. It will be enough that he and his advisers cast significant doubt on the reliability of America's Article 5 obligations. There is no such thing as a conditional guarantee. Once other nations realize that America's commitment to defend treaty allies can no longer be relied upon, the whole configuration of power in the international system will change. All powers, whether friendly or hostile to the United States, will adjust accordingly. In this respect, those Trump Republicans who wish to sever American commitments to allies are not only bringing back a 1930s worldview. If they take power, they will bring us back to a 1930s world."
Trump's anti-Ukraine view dates to the 1930s. America rejected it then. Will we now? Washington Post, Robert Kagan, 28 March 2024.
"...if we can get past Trump in this election, then the basic demographics are against any attempt by a white minority to sort of seize control and try to reverse the liberal trends of our system, because they're just not going to have the numbers to do it."Seems that "conservative" is a word with some very different meanings, depending on who wields the word.Robert Kagan on the Limits of Liberalism and Dangers of Donald Trump Vanity Fair, 30 April 2024.
Alas for Obama and his ilk, and alas for Kagan and his ilk, Trump is the next President of the United States. Without a doubt and based on the above citations, some "conservatives" are dismayed. Not this conservative, and I wager you, conservative FRiend, are not.
I hope you wore a mask and gloves when you researched Kagan and the Kenyan.
