Ugh.

Did they get to him?
Is this a watered down Trump? I hope not.

Who gives a shit about the labor secretary, a worthless job. So she's a RINO. I imagine he'll have a handful of them in his administration.
Though it gives you a good reason to continue your anti-Trump hysterics post election, so there's that

Trust in Trump and stop all this about every selection.
These things cannot pass Trump and they cannot pass a republican Congress.

Do all his picks need to be approved by the Senate?

”Is this a watered down Trump? I hope not.” Here’s Trump’s pick for Surgeon General
Dr Janette Nesheiwat, in her own words [02/23/2021]:
“We have many vaccines in existence that treat a variety of non-life threatening diseases but to have a COVID vaccine, i.e. a Pfizer or Moderna mRNA that will actually save you from dying is a gift from God.”

President Trump has a track record of picking less than stellar candidates. Yes, there is a reason for concern. RINOs have tried to cut Donald's liver out for years.
The nomination for labor secretary is a toxic anti-conservative RINO with cozy ties to unions.

Gee I guess we shouldn’t have voted for him then! /s
Let the man have his picks. Much more damage is being done by undermining him from every direction.

Great pick shows he remembers that many unions didn’t endorse Harris and is giving them a seat at the table

Is Chavez-DeRemer Teamster rank-and-file approved, or is she just approved by the leadership?
We do know that the Teamster rank-and-file likes Trump.
To: thegagline
Did Trump create operation warp speed? Did this lead to the vaccine? Has Trump been a proponent of the vaccine since then? Having a surgeon general that agrees with him kinda makes sense
To: thegagline
Dr Janette Nesheiwat, in her own words [02/23/2021]: There's video in 2022 on Fox of Nesheiwat criticizing the Covid vaccine for children.

I wonder who recommended this nut to Trump?

This is Trump’s big weakness. He doesn’t pick good people. (Remember he actually hired Omarosa.). Many of his problems in his first term were a result of making back personnel picks, and he seems intent on making many of the same mistakes this time.
