France declared Ukraine has the right to defend itself, including using French SCALP missiles, against Russia.
“There’s no red line,” said a French spokesperson, reinforcing support for Ukraine’s strikes on targets like the reported North Korean-command post in Russia's Kursk region.
The spokesperson highlighted France’s military aid and training efforts for Ukraine, emphasizing international law supports Kyiv’s self-defense.

Haven’t seen this mentioned anywhere, but I strongly suspect the saber-rattlers in the EU are fanatics from the Middle East, especially in the UK and France. They would like nothing better than a war that leaves Israel to fend for itself without U.S. or European support.

I pray for the world to rid it’s self of Ukraine. They have sheltered Nazis since the beginning of WW2. Russia, on the other hand, was helping America take down Germany. I was 8 years old and heard the hour it started. I saw uncles rushing to join the army. My Father was a Chemist who was conscripted to produce Gas for the war. I was in WW2 from beginning to end, along with many other children had duties and fears. I still have some of the stamps we had to have to get food. Oh well, it’s a book, but my point is “I will never pay a penny to a country that sheltered Nazis & I’m still thankful to Russia who helped us out of that mess”.

O/T, but you're feeding my pipe dream to be Ambassador to Germany. I was stationed in Germany from 77-81. I loved it there, still refer to it as my second home. I had an apartment in Traben-Trarbach, along the Mosel River. During my last two years, I was speaking German once I left work.
During the 1980 elections, I engaged in conversations with my neighbors, to reassure them that Reagan was the better candidate, and that he wouldn't start WW3. I said, "the world is a safer place when American is strong." It's as true today as it was back then.
The owner of the local gasthaus honored me shortly after Inauguration Day, by asking me to dine at the Stammtisch, a table reserved for family and close friends of the family. I cherish that honor to this day.

Thank you for your insights. I just saw a movie regarding the interactions of Churchill, FDR, and Stalin. There was such mistrust among the three, and rightfully so. The Russians lost far more people than we did, they were key to wearing down the Germans.
