A New York judge indefinitely postponed President-elect Donald Trump’s sentencing in his criminal hush money case.
Judge Juan Merchan also allowed Trump’s attorneys to file motions to dismiss the case.

Right to a speedy trial- throw the trial out!
We need this case to be brought up to an adult level court so it can be rightfully sh!@-canned in the most unceremonious way.
Yes, the case needs to be thrown out, not delayed until after his term is finished.
Remember how the Left was arguing that the public interest required these trials to take place quickly, without regard to defendants rights? They’ve suddenly changed their tune.
Merchan wants to postpone sentencing until Trump leaves office.
And Trump cant Appeal until Merchan Sentences Him.
File a writ of mandate to force the judge to either sentence him or dismiss the case.
I want to see the case go through the appellate courts.
It will eventually be struck down.
Then Trump would have grounds for both criminal and civil redress.
Trump can’t file a proper appeal until he is sentenced. This is just another cynical Rat game.
They need to keep this out there so they can keep references to him being a convicted felon.
In office if I were him I’d go after this pig of a judge and the prosecution full bore.

Charges should be brought or dismissed. No more lawfare of holding charges to a prime political time. This is not justice.
Postponing the sentencing also precludes DJT from filing an appeal.
