The suspect accused of murdering Laken Riley on the University of Georgia's campus was found guilty on all charges Wednesday, including malice murder and felony murder.
Prosecutors called the evidence against the suspect "overwhelming," while the defense raised the theory that the defendant could be an accomplice but not the killer during closing arguments in his trial.
Jose Ibarra, 26, was accused of killing the 22-year-old nursing student while she was out for a run after prosecutors said she "refused to be his rape victim." Jose Ibarra, an undocumented migrant, was charged with malice murder and felony murder in connection with her death, which became a rallying cry for immigration reform from many conservatives, including President-elect Donald Trump.

It’s time to make America safe again for America’s young girls and women. Illegal aliens cannot be tolerated. Wake up America! They aren’t coming here to pick strawberries anymore.
There needs to be an expedited death penalty. I realize that it is unlikely, but some people deserve it. I taught in an adult school for years, with many, many legal immigrants. When we would discuss keeping your record clean, they would state: “Ah, come on teacher, the jails in America are like the hotels in my country.”
This POS was housed at The Roosevelt in NYC. I stayed at The Roosevelt many times and now they have turned it into housing for illegals smack dab in the middle of Midtown Manhattan.
May I suggest:
1) Death by hanging followed by
2) Display of decapitated head on a pike in front of the courthouse.
Lets start a betting pool on how long this guy lasts in general population. Imma say 6 mos max.
This animal will NOT face the death penalty, which is truly a shame.
Your dog can be put down if it bites your neighbor, but human garbage like this will not.
Instead he lives far more comfortably than his victim and is supported by US.
Too merciful.
Dump his ashes over the embassy of whatever sewer he crawled out of.
Turn him over to Laken’s family and friends.
The DA, Gonzalez, didn’t go for the death penalty. She supported Commiela and is a flaming liberal.
Now comes years of housing and feeding and appeals at tax payer expense. As per usual.
I hope he meets a Oswald 2.0 situation.
