By authorizing long range missiles to strike inside Russia, Biden is committing an unconstitutional Act of War

By authorizing long range missiles to strike inside Russia, Biden is committing an unconstitutional Act of War that endangers the lives of all U.S. citizens. This is an impeachable offense, but the reality is he’s an emasculated puppet of a deep state.

...

Democrats are the war party

...

There is nothing more evil than flirting with nuclear war at the end of one's failed term. Biden is the ultimate puppet of the deep state.

...

Has anybody seen Obama?

...

Joe is an empty suit, installed by a hostile tyrannical all powerful regime.

...

Stolen elections have consequences

...

SO THE GUY that was too senile to run for re-election - is still able to start WW3 via his pet project in Ukraine?

...

Obama running the show

I never assume Biden is senile. He is evil. Every bit of his behavior supports this and to not see it is not be one who is exposed to such evil. It’s a good thing if one sees him as just stupid.

Biden, not Obama (At this point though.. I guess it’s possible) profits INSANELY off Ukraines oil. I wouldn’t be surprised if he wasn’t on the forbes top 10 list, secretly.

He is doing this to salt the earth. Don’t think because he wore a MAGA hat and had a great meeting with Trump that he was a puppet in all of this.

Look to a time before it. I think Hunter and Jill are more in control at this point than Obama.

This seems to be a some pathetic last PR gasp of neocons and the likes of Blinken and Sullivan

Trump can easily neuter this by a simple social-media tweet: "I do not agree with the Biden Administrations decision to allow US missile strikes deep in Russia."

Those missiles require U.S. satellites to hit their targets. Those satellites are now legitimate targets, as well as the korportations that own them and the militaries that lease them.

The ground stations that send data to them are also legitimate military targets.

“Democrats are the war party.”

False premise... The GOP has held that trophy for decades already. Now the Democrats have joined in the profit sharing. There is only one party... The war party, and it is very bipartisan. It is the only thing they agree on except hating Trump because he is not a member.

Trump can also let Zelenski know that if he uses that authority and launches missiles into Russia, he will have zero support once Trump takes office.

Biden wants to start WW3.
Don’t be surprised if Ruzzia responds with Tactical Nukes in YouCrayne.

Where’s Speaker Johnson?! He has the power to shut this down immediately.

Pelosi would’ve pulled every trick in the book against Trump but our Speakers just go “whatevs”

Ya’ mean Obama is starting this war. I don’t think Biden could even spell WAR.

Johnson can’t shut anything down. Most House members are fully on board with this. It’s a big reason why I don’t donate to the GOP or RNC.

There is NO end to the damage these democrats (and the warmongering RINOS) can do on their way out.

On the one hand, one could argue that since the weapons are in Ukrainian hands, it's not an act of war for the US to say something about them. But this begs the obvious response: How is the US not responsible, if the US government somehow has the authority to dictate how the weapons will be used? By definition if Ukraine is heeding those commands, then the US is in charge, and the US is responsible and giving the orders.

So yeah, I see the point: this is an act of war by a government that has not voted on a declaration of war as required by their Constitution. I hope Trump hauls those responsible into prison on charges of treason, because this isn't going to be a difficult case.

This actually surprises me. (And little the Biden neocons do surprises me).

He just made it easier for Trump to get a ceasefire and settlement. Russian logistic lines have been mostly immune to strikes as well as the longer range Russian artillery. This move puts their logistics at risk and will force them to move their artillery back and be therefore, much less effective.

Yes it’s risky. But as long as Russia eschews nukes before Jan 20, it changes the facts on the ground and the Russians assessment of the ongoing costs of the war.

I have been concerned about Trump’s promise to end the war at a time when it looks like the Russians are slowly but steadily advancing. Ukrainian defense is slowly failing in the face of a much larger force with much better (and more) artillery. It will be much harder to end the war on terms favorable to the US (remember the Afghanistan debacle) when the Russians think they are winning.

This may give Trump a big leg up in negotiations and he doesn’t have to be the one that escalated.

“ Those missiles require U.S. satellites to hit their targets.”

No, they use inertial guidance systems. GPS satellites can aid in their guidance but the missiles are not dependent on GPS.

“Those missiles require U.S. satellites to hit their targets.”

There are many Ukrainians who worked on installations now in the Russian Federation during the time of the Soviet Union.

Quite accurate GPS coordinates can be extracted from cell phones and maps.

Spies can get even more accurate targeting information.

“Where’s Speaker Johnson?!”

*************

If ever there was a time for him to stand up this is it. If our potential involvement in a nuclear war is not worth speaking up about, then what is?

Just modify them to use the Russian GLONASS.

Putin can defeat this by putting GLONASS into encrypted mode. With consequences.

The idea that Putin would use nuclear weapons a couple months out from a Trump presidency, a presidency which will change all the dynamics in the Ukrainian-Russian war, is silly.

Putin is not a fool. Putin does not want a nuclear war.

The Biden proclamation is extremely limited and amounts to very little.

It does, however, put another negotiating tool in President Elect Donald Trump's basket.

It makes me wonder if Trump told Biden he would not be prosecuted, but I need a little favor...
