There's a big difference between Clinton and Gaetz. Clinton is a criminal but Gaetz is being persecuted by a corrupt government. What they are doing to Matt Gaetz is disgusting. I’ve been watching this trope evolve over the last few days, and I think some folks may be selling short at least a portion of the DOJ staff.
There are likely a good number of people at the DOJ who agree with DJT and his appointments. There are, no doubt, some who breathed a sigh of relief to see that a real fighter is coming on board.
It will still be tough sailing, certainly. But, those pockets of sanity are feeling better about their jobs and the country, now.

Wait until they get to the first Press Conference after 1/20/24, and they find out that their new seat assignments are at the back of the bus. Front rows will be reporters from War Room, Charlie Kirk, Joe Rogan, Dan Bongino, Newsmax, etc. Then we’ll see real crying.

I’ve heard there’s talk about closing the Press Office at the White House — moving it off site. That would be great.
