How fast can you get a lawsuit going? Don't you have to get your lawyer to file it? Also, what venue? DC? Forget it.

Additionally, does slander even apply to public officials? I thought the general rule is that public officials cannot sue for slander.

Murkowski and Collins are probably already no. One more and he’s toast. The rats stole the AZ, NV, MI and WI Senates races and are in the process of stealing PA. In Florida, it is actually legal for a 17 year old (male or female) to have sex with someone who is under 23 years of age.

In other words, a 17 year old high school female can legally sleep with a 22 year old college graduate.

For some reason, if she sleeps with a 23 year old college graduate, the older person is charged with a sexual felony.
