Weirdly, Gallego has MORE total votes than Harris, and they are still counting.
I set up a spreadsheet and according to the latest numbers, she needs 51.56% of the remaining votes.
Of course, then it will go to a recount, and Hobbs & Co will make sure Gallego wins.
