It is scary that voters ranked democracy as their top issue. It shows how effective the brainwashing is. I assume the voters who trusted Harris on the economy more were virtually identical to the ones brainwashed that Trump is a threat to democracy.

From a conservative perspective democracy is in danger, because the FBI etc. are politicized, plus the Democrats are always seeking to get around the Constitution. But the people citing it as their number one issue were anti-Trump in this election. Conservatives would have said either the economy, crime or the border are number one for the most part.

No, in her final few days, she focused on abortion and other issues to drive up the liberal suburban woman vote. That actually made sense.

To the extent she was throwing her billion dollars around to also try to get an economic message out, it lacked credibility. I saw the ads - Trump is going to increase your taxes while Harris will give you a tax cut. Zero credibility.
