POLITICSNEW: Jack Smith To Be Removed From His PostPublished

Following a night of pivotal wins across key battleground states, Donald Trump’s path back to the White House appears certain. As election results rolled in, states like Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, and Georgia leaned Republican, securing Trump a decisive electoral majority.

Now, with his return to office seemingly imminent, whispers of major shifts within the Department of Justice are beginning to surface — most notably, the expected removal of Special Counsel Jack Smith.

Smith, who played a significant role in prosecuting cases against Trump over recent years, has faced intense scrutiny from Trump’s supporters and the former president himself. Trump had previously vowed to remove Smith “within two seconds” of taking office.

However, new sources indicate that Smith may not even be in his current role by the time Trump takes the oath on January 20th. According to Fox News insiders, Smith’s role as special counsel could end sooner, effectively closing ongoing investigations tied to Trump’s legal controversies.

Will this guy Smith go quietly?

His whole career has been based on a fanatical hatred of President Trump--even pursuing his current case against the President despite being illegally assigned to it--and being fully aware of it.

Just looking at his demon-haunted face and eyes tells me he's not going away quietly.

Better find yourself a lawyer who’s better than you, Jack.

You’re going to be needing one.

Cannon already ruled his position was illegal.

Correct!

But he blew her off and kept right on prosecuting.

He and Merrick Garland need to personally reimburse the government for any funds spent by his illegal office.

Shouldn’t Merrick Garland be prosecuted for illegally appointing him?
I never hear anyone address that point.

He and Merrick Garland need to personally reimburse the government for any funds spent by his illegal office

And reimburse DJT for everything his illegal persecution has cost him
Break him like they broke people serving Trump
Plus all the J6 political prisoners.
They can all run to Argentina, no extradition. Might save them lengthy prison sentences, or maybe a trip to Guantanamo

RE: Hit the road Jack.

Hit the road Jack
And don’t look back.
Light up some crack
in a pipe that you pack
in a core city shack
with a newly met black
as you try a new tack
Cause you don’t give a frack.

His path should be through GITMO to a non-extradition country.

Once we know what he knows, I would have no further use for him.

Same for the lot of them, but Hitler is too soft.

I would be all in favor of a back room deal where Trump pardons the bidens, DOJ fires smith, leans on the state authorities to dismiss the pending actions. For the NY cases that have gone to judgment, trumpets informal probation in the criminal case. The appellate court seemed very skeptical of that massive judgment. They look like, without outside influence, reversing the judgment or reducing it to some nominal amount.
